Subject: Recommendation for race title
Is it possible to have the date, if only the year, in each race title? More than once I've clicked "Yes, that's the race" only to find out that particular race listing was last year's race.

For instance all the IMs are once a year so having "Ironman Kentucky 2010" as a distinct race from "Ironman Kentucky 2011" would make a world of difference considering you cannot see the details of the race you're choosing until after you've added it to your calendar.

Good idea!  Crossed my mind too.  Added it to the user requests for the new site.

Just thought of a couple different versions to correct this:

not-so-good version:
Error out if the person is trying to add a race whose date has already passed.

That one's not so good because if I happen to have a weekend free or a buddy says c'mon down and race I may not be able to add it until I get back.

Better version and perhaps an A answer:
If the race date has already passed add an "Are you sure you want to add a race whose date is in the past?" click on screen as well as having the year of the race added to the title of all the future races.

Just musing about it.
