Server Issues?

Quite regularly when trying to post I get a "Server cannot display" error. I open another tab with BT to make sure I'm not double posting or whatnot and have to hit previous and then submit sometimes up to about 10 times before the "Thank you for your post" message and the post gets posted.

Is it me or is it something in the database server slowing things down?
