Clif Bar about 75 minutes before. Gel about 30 minutes before.

Light stretching, but was too busy chatting to do anything else.

Comments:

Easy course, gorgeous morning to run. Just coming off a really bad cold that had me sidelined all week, though. Ran a good half a race or so... and then started wheezing and couldn't breathe so I slowed down. Missed placing in my age group by 7 &$%#@ seconds, though. Had I only known....
What would you do differently?:

Not be sick all week and still congested today.
Post race
Warm down:

Wait for friends to come in. Light stretching. Then - the best part - BREAKFAST!!!! Mmmmm... see, that's why I do races...... :)

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Having been sick.

Event comments:

Race was well organized, goody bag was good. Nice post-race spread for a small race. And it could not have been a nicer day outside!!
