Subject: RE: Paleo Diet? I read about it in Friel's TTB. I follow the spirit of it, but I do add dairy products and small amounts of healthy carbs, such as 1 small yam, 1/2 cup pasta or rice with meals. I've mostly just added nuts and more fruits to try to loosely follow it. I sort of mix that and Body for Life, just because that's how I like to eat.
Dunno if it's "working" but I feel good and my bodyfat is just about the lowest it's ever been. Of course, that could've been the 70+ miles a week I was biking over the summer. :-- )
