Subject: Problem importing planned training via CSV

I've been having problems importing training via CSV for quite some time.  Today I took some notes to try to get to the root of the problem.  I am using Firefox 9.0.1 for Mac but the problems pre-date this version of FF.

When I go to my training plans (http://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/trainingplans-list.asp?p=1) and delete and item using the DEL button, I am returned to the list of available plans (http://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/trainingplans-list.asp?hs=0) rather than the list of my training plans.

When I import a CSV, I am returned to a blank page (http://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/trainingplans-list.asp?hs=1&msg=Import%20Successful).  The URL says Import Successful but the page itself has the BT header and BT footer with nothing between.

When I Edit Days on an imported plan and click the back button, I am returned to a blank page (http://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/trainingplans-list.asp?hs=1).  The BT header and footer are displayed with nothing in between.

Is this more of a 'the navigation is terrible' or is there bug preventing you from editing days or importing them?

The reason I say this is that if it's a poor navigation issue, it will be resolved in the site redesign...I don't really want to mess with it now as we are busy.  Though your detailed writeup will help as I still have to do wireframes for this part of the site.

But if it's a bug, then we will fix it and give me a little more detail.

Navigation is terrible.  It was fine until maybe October 2011 and then it went downhill badly.  I can still get my stuff in there so it can wait until site redesign.
