Comments: My hip really hurts now. Going to physio tomorrow and try and get it fixed up before the marathon next weekend. What would you do differently?: warm up closer to the start. sat around doing didly for too long. Maybe could have gone harder in the mid section but that may have slowed my finish down. All in all I think I did well. could have started closer to the front. ![]() Post race

easy warm up to try and get things going. My hip has been bothering me.
