Subject: really really newHi everybody....i'm new to tri's. i'm the one trying the "from couch to 5k" programme. i joined a tri club and they train 3 times a day, 7 days a week. my sister also joined with me but after two days she dropped out. since i have no company to go through the pains and aches of the first week with i'm slowly feeling to not go training. i want to go because i know how good its going to be when i actually compete in my first race, but right now my morale is a bit low. anyway HI to everyone out there and i really admire your drive and strength to tri! |
