Subject: really really new
Hi everybody....i'm new to tri's. i'm the one trying the "from couch to 5k" programme. i joined a tri club and they train 3 times a day, 7 days a week. my sister also joined with me but after two days she dropped out. since i have no company to go through the pains and aches of the first week with i'm slowly feeling to not go training. i want to go because i know how good its going to be when i actually compete in my first race, but right now my morale is a bit low. anyway HI to everyone out there and i really admire your drive and strength to tri!

Hey- just keep at it and I promise you will feel better I started very slow and had a hard time getting motivated- I still train on my own!, but there are a lot of people that want to help you and working with a group you will meet other people that have been where you are. Give it a couple weeks and I guarantee you will be addicted- Good Luck and Good Training!

Welcome.  Just keep logging and I'm sure we will check in and inspire you-closest thing to a real club.  If you can just get the first month under your belt, the schedule will be a lot easier and you will be all the better for it.
