Swim
Comments: Wow - I did everything I practiced for. Swam really well for me - just off the corse to much. Sighting is new goal. What would you do differently?: Nothing - just learn to swim on target. Transition 1
Comments: Wetsuit stripper really helped w/ suit. Bike aways away from swim so I was in a blurr. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Road MTB - My choice and I new what I was getting into. They blew my doors off, but it was my race on my MTB and I did well. Very lonely out there after mile 28. What would you do differently?: New bike Transition 2
Comments: More sun tan lotion Run
Comments: What a run - I caught up w/ those bikers that passed me slow and steady. I ran great for me - Ice down front and back of shirt every water station. I ran strong the whole time and caught alot of people. Finished just as strong! Post race
Warm down: Pack up and take off for hot shower. What limited your ability to perform faster: Bike Bike Bike - sighting sighting sighting. This is what I will work on for next race. Event comments: Thank You to all the volenteers. They where great after a long day. Last updated: 2011-10-31 12:00 AM
