Avatars not corresponding to the correct person

For some reason, a bunch of my friends' avatars are showing up for other friends. For instance, triaya's profile has thegomer's avatar. Even when I visit my own training log, I see someone else's avatar where mine should be. When i look at my friends list, some of the avatars are correct but most are wrong. It is happening in the forums, too. I'm using safari. Just wanted to bring it to your attention. Thanks!
