I'm needing some advice regarding my Garmin 210. I'm running a marathon in 12 days. I'm playing around with the current pace and lap pace. Which is better to use? I'm needing to run a specific time each mile (using a pace ban) for my marathon. Please advise.. thank you
This might get better answers in the Tri Talk forums and i'll move it there if you'd like. My best approach to this has been to set the lap length at one mile (or even a half mile), and go by lap pace. Current pace was all over the board.
