Not sure what to think about this. Pretty slick video, I'll warn you that it's 12 minutes long. Folks on FB report that it's tear-inducing.

At this point in time, he's one of the biggest wastes of talent of his generation. Everything else is touching but smacks of excuse- making.

I wish him well. What a great story this would be if his comeback is successful.

Dare we compare how Mathieu screwed up his chances of success?

Hope somebody takes him, perhaps he can set an example for others (not that they'd really follow).

Okay, I watched the whole video...and I am the biggest Rocky/underdog makes good fan in the world...so the video did inspire me to root for the comeback of a player that I think could provide some value.

Yes, I am talking about Jeff Garcia.  Sorry, the ESPN puff piece was extreeeemely forgiving of Jamarcus' actions over the years.  Russell's love of the purple drank was glossed over in that piece.  Would it be great if this guy could come back and actually deliver on the other-worldly promise he flashed as a young man?  Heck yeah.  Do I think he can do it?  Anything's possible...but is it likely?  Oh heck no.

To think Al Davis passed on Megatron for this guy must make Raider fans cry every night.  Ugh.

p.s. it did not induce tears with me...and I cry at just about anything that tugs on heart strings.
