These didn't work out for me. About 8 miles total over 2 runs. One treadmill, one outside.

Note: rumor is these run a bit small. I normally wear a 9.5 in Asics/Brooks and these fit but there was some room. Prob could not go barefoot in these as they would be too loose but I did NOT find them to be a small as some have reported.

MSRP $150. Asking $80 shipped.

Let me know if you're interested. Free shipping is for CONUS only.

I'm curious about the 'don't increase your run by more than 10% per week' rule. Is there a minimum mileage under which this doesn't apply?

How should I go about training for the marathon while also building base in the other two events? Doing this seems like it's causing me to break the 10% rule in running.

You can spend a small fortune on these pre-wrapped bundles of energy, thinking they offer magic ingredients-not true. “Energy” simply means “provides calories” and not “will make you feel energetic."

Yes, the Dual is a little heavier than Cervèlo’s high end counterparts. But…the price is within reach of the masses and it still incorporates all of the design features that make a Cervèlo special.

“The absence of unnecessary effort,” means that if you don't do any more than is necessary (to accomplish an activity), you won't waste your energy and feel drained afterwards.

Energy bars and fluid replacement drinks have their place – and will surely be the subject of future reviews – but there is nothing quite like the immediate lift an energy gel can provide.
