Subject: Training Plan - Click On "See More" error

If I'm viewing my Training Plan, and click on "See More" at the bottom of the page, it shows prior, not following dates ... the cut and paste isn't working well, but here's my example:

I was viewing Dec. 28, Dec. 29, Dec. 30, Dec. 31, Jan 1, Jan 2, Jan 3 and clicked on "See More" at the bottom of the page

Now it's showing (as above) Dec. 28, ..., Jan 3, Jan 2, Jan 1, ..., Dec. 29 (and of the backwards-counting dates, it's showing my actual log, not the training plan workouts).

Windows 7

"Long" run of the week--go BarryP 3-2-1! No more run-walk, walk-walk, or aquajog-as-run for me ... pavement, baby. Real (Time In The Street).

Swim

Swim clinic again, but this is total--lots of little minutes demo'ing drills in the water as well as swim cords. Still kinda sore though!

I was gonna cycle today as well, but just too damned tired. Easy does it.

Cute pic of today's swim group:

Hmmm...I can't seem to replicate this at all.  I am using FF on Windows, am in your account, I click on Dec 28th in your training plan, click on 'show more'...and it keeps counting up through January...it doesn't count back down back to December.

I am using FF 22 though.  I will try it again with FF 26 as soon as I updated and let you know tomorrow.

In the meantime, can you see if clearing your cache and temp internet files (and cookies too) will help?

It is now, of course, working perfectly and I can't replicate it either Thanks, Ron!

Painless hip clicking is usually not something to worry about. Many runners and triathletes experience intermittent painless clicking or popping in their hips and knees.

Using a high-volume schedule for many months is not the best tactic. Build speed and skill several months out, and then transition to a high-volume IM plan.

This plan is an advanced plan in terms of volume and intensity and appropriate for someone who is looking to go under 5:00 and as fast as 4:30. There isn’t a lot of fluff in the plan.
