Swim
Comments: Swim went great, probably the best of my three events on Sat. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 1

Transition 2
Comments: Transition went fine What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Just as with the bike, legs felt tired. Should be running well under 7-min pace. I've had trouble with rib and shoulder stitches in my first two tris during the run. (I adjusted my fluid intake for my race on Sunday, drinking less before the race, and had no stitch). What would you do differently?: I'll be taking in less fluid before the race Post race
Warm down: Just strolled around the party, eating grapes, bananas. Got a neck and back adjustment (felt GREAT!) from an on-site chiropractor. What limited your ability to perform faster: A feeling of fatigue and probably too much in the way of fluids Event comments: Really feel like I should be in the top 3 in my age group in every race, so from that aspect I was a little disappointed. The winner in my AG is a 20 year veteran with a national ranking (38th) so I have my work cut out for me to beat him. Also kind of a bad taste for the day after my wife, driving my car (I had hers) was involved in a car accident leaving the race. No injuires, but probably $4,000 damage between the two cars! OUCH!
