Subject: Bike Zone vs. Run Zone I know I've seen this topic somewhere before but couldn't find it by searching BT, so here goes... What is the BPM (beat per minute) difference between your Bike HR Zones and Run HR Zones? I've had a Run LT test done and know what my LT zones are fr running. I'm fairly sure a person's cycling LT zones are lower, but how much lower? Is it 10 BPM roughly? |
