Subject: Trouble syncing training plan to iCal
I copied the my BT training plan link, but I get a message that reads...

There was an error subscribing to the calendar.
"There was an unexpected error with the request on subscribed calendars (error -1).'"

I figured this out... I posted the BT training plan URL into a new browser window and was able to download the calendar from there. Then I opened the .ics file in my downloads folder and it imported into my iCal.

This plan is designed to make you go faster. 3 workouts per week in each sport, 2 days of strength training and core work. The maximum volume is around 10 hours toward the end of the 12 weeks.

A lot of my unnecessary troubles and tribulations were because of my defiance, acting on my own naïveté and strong will. I was not acting on the advice given to me.
