Subject: RE: Planned TrainingIn your training log, hover your mouse over the Blog link at the top of the page under the Your Races Button. A box will appear with Actual, Planned, 'Nutrition,Actual Strength and Planned Strength. Click on Planned and enter any planned workouts just as if you were entering an actual workout. After you have a few workouts entered, you can use the Copy function to create new ones more efficiently. |
