Subject: 09.12.2019 Bump Day...the day after Hump Day Good morning BT. 5:30 AM - 60-minute trainer work out. This was a ramp work out with 5' warm-up, 10' @ 60% FTP, 10' @ 70% FTP, 10' @ 80% FTP, 10' @ 90% FTP, 10' @ 100% FTP, 5' cool down. I have done the ramp test twice but other than that this was my first ramp workout. It was definitely different than interval workouts. It felt more like outdoor riding to me. Later today 1000-1500 yds in the pool. Take care. |
