Step 1, I would find a platform to put the data that is super easy and will grow with you as your knowledge to analyze the data grows
Step 2. Learn to measure overall training load. Load is a mix of duration and intensity. Measuring load will allow you to better dose your training, gradually increase it, understand how much you can sustain etc
Step 3. Learn to analyze your training make up. What zones are you working in, be it pace, power, or heart rate
Step 4: Track performance metrics, ie run efficiency, strava segments, peak power .....
