Subject: 01.17.2020 Freaky Friday Whut's up?
Crack of dawn on the trainer in basement today. Went lights out and listened to a new album that was just released yesterday. I find something very comforting about biking down there in total darkness.
60 minutes trainer at consistent medium intensity. Avg 82 cadence and sweat through my everything again.
Hit the pool last night for 1000m and will get in again today.
Lastly, still wishing I didn't bail on core work for 3 months...my upper body feels like I was in a car accident.
