This week hasn't been my finest. I cut my 7-1/2 mile run down to 4 miles on Tuesday, then missed my 45-minute bike trainer ride yesterday. So looking at what I had left in the week I decided it would be better to make sure I got enough run miles in so that my long run wouldn't be more than 50% of the week's running. Plus, I have a 20-mile pacer assignment at the Out Law 135 mile trail run in three weeks so if anything falls through between now and then I don't want it to be my running. So I did a 7-3/4 mile run this morning. It went really well.
35 or so minute run this evening on the treadmill. Added some incline variation to keep it interesting. My HRM has been wanting to cadence lock lately. Need to see if I can remedy that.
