It was raining when I woke up this morning. I didn't want to run in 45 deg F and rain so I traded today's run with tomorrow's TrainerRoads ride and stated indoors for a 55-minute bike trainer work out. Yesterday had 5x30" surges and 5x5' intervals at 100% PFT. Today was 5x15" surges and 5x2-1/2' at 105% FTP. The shorter high power intervals are much easier for me right now.
