Long run tomorrow on the back of a hard bike yesterday. I am pleased with the results on the bike, equal RPE is giving me significantly improved performance. Let's see how it translates to the road. Be safe out there and wash your hands. |

I had the flu two weeks ago and can't seem to get rid of the cough, which makes cardio tricky. I'm going to take the opportunity to focus on strength and swimming, which I always seem to want to avoid. |

Master 3888   Overland Park, KS | Subject: RE: 03.13.2020 Friday the 13th Probably will do a 3-4 mile run. This will be my 3rd workout post cardiac/catheter ablation procedure to fix my AFIB. I'm just so happy to get back at it. HR has been super steady so far, last nights swim went great. |
