Subject: 03.27.2020 - Finally Friday This morning I continued with my race week workouts. I did a 45' ride on the bike trainer. After the warm-up I did 2x3' at 100% FTP and 2x2'@VO2max. I won't be at FTP for the 40km of my homemade Duathlon tomorrow, but I paid attention to what gearing, cadence, breathing, and effort I was at for those to intervals and will use that for my hard upper limit for the TT and plan to be a notch under that for tomorrow. The VO2max flooded my legs to prepare for tomorrow. |
