Subject: Strength Challenge - Week 30 COMPLETE Final Week # 30 April 2 2007. All weights are for 8 reps. (Flat Bench is for 7 reps) I am really happy that I hit 13 for wide grip pullups(beginning of workout) and 17 dips at the end of the workout. I remember week one only being able to do 4 or 5 pushups after all the chest exercises. Now I am able to do 10 - 12 reps. True measument of a overall Strength Training challenge.
