Quinta Roo is a good fit. They make suits more with Triathelete's in mind thatn other manufacturers. Make sure you get one that is nice and snug out of the water - almost too tight - they loosen up in the water. One piece is actually better. Easier to get on and off onec you've practiced a cou0ple of times. If the water is not too cold (not below 65 degrees) you might consider a "Quickjohn". They are sleeveless and short legged. Gel seats work well for bike padding but I prefer the eganomic seats made gender specific.

I'm not sure if you mean wetsuit or the actual tri-swim suit, but am assuming the swim suit. I've had great success with the fit of the DeSoto brand. I also prefer two-piece for longer tri's (easier for comfort and potty breaks). I have a bra top and brief with padding that fits snug and moves with me, and a tank top (needs swim suit bra top under for support) and tri-shorts that also fit well.
