Can someone give me a good recommendation on a brand of women's tri suits that are comfortable? I am thinking a 2 piece is better than a 1 piece, right? And what about padding for the bike ride?

Quinta Roo is a good fit. They make suits more with Triathelete's in mind thatn other manufacturers. Make sure you get one that is nice and snug out of the water - almost too tight - they loosen up in the water. One piece is actually better. Easier to get on and off onec you've practiced a cou0ple of times. If the water is not too cold (not below 65 degrees) you might consider a "Quickjohn". They are sleeveless and short legged. They keep you warm. give you bouyancy and are less restrictive for swimming. You can look at them at www.rooworld.com. click on wet suits.

Gel seats work well for bike padding but I prefer the eganomic seats made gender specific.

I'm not sure if you mean wetsuit or the actual tri-swim suit, but am assuming the swim suit. I've had great success with the fit of the DeSoto brand. I also prefer two-piece for longer tri's (easier for comfort and potty breaks). I have a bra top and brief with padding that fits snug and moves with me, and a tank top (needs swim suit bra top under for support) and tri-shorts that also fit well.
