In the Saturday/Sunday June 23-24th editions in Pursuits section there is an article called "How to Win a Marathon"

If you can read it, do so it is very funny. Covers how folks pick triathlons/running races they think they can win or place high in their AG and go to crazy places and race weekends where there are real big races near by so they can win their AG.

That is SO true!

I know plenty of guys who do little dink races just to pad their USAT points. It's pathetic. I've never even entered a race which had fewer than 300 people. If I am going to gear up, I want to go against the best.
