Subject: How to get strength set detail after import to Training Log?
When I view the 2-week detail for the Couch-to-Sprint - 12 Week - RPE Based, I can see the breakout for the strength training sections that shows the recommeded number of sets and reps. Do these increase as the training plan goes along? Where can I view this information for beyond the first 2 weeks?

The sets and reps stay the same throughout the plan. The strength component is designed to be a short term support for tri training for a beginner so it's not going to resemble a stand alone strength program.

To see individual strength workouts later in the plan, click on (Complete plan quick-view). Each day that has strength training will be signified with this icon:  . Click on the View button for that day.
