Subject: Incorporating Strength TrainingHere is my current training regimen for a Sprint Triathlon:
Run--2x week--10mi total
Swim--2x week--2000m total
Bike--1x week--20mi total
Question: How many days and what kind of workouts and to what I extent would I incorporate lifting weights, etc into a 5 days/ week training schedule???
