Subject: 8 day "Week" I was reading in the TTB that some pro's actually follow a training cycle more than 7 days. It is easier to fit in their workouts.
What makes 7 days so special?
I'm really am not interested in what I do in a week, but a cycle (8 days ). In my cycle I have 4 bikes, 3 runs, 3 swims, 2 weights, 2 recovery days.
It would be nice if one could adapt their training logs to different cycle lengths.
Am I the only weirdo who does this odd ball training "Week"?
