Subject: Peak Training and Calorie consumption
Just curious. What is your max calorie consumption when you're at the peak of training? All this talk about how much Phelps eats has left me wondering what BTers are eating at their peak tri training.

It sort of depends on the day, but anywhere from 2500 calories on a light day to 4000+ on a heavy day (like tomorrow: 3.5 hour ride, 20-30 minute brick run, 1 hour swim). Sometimes the hardest part is finding, preparing, and eating enough healthy, whole foods!
