Subject: RE: Peak Training and Calorie consumptionIt sort of depends on the day, but anywhere from 2500 calories on a light day to 4000+ on a heavy day (like tomorrow: 3.5 hour ride, 20-30 minute brick run, 1 hour swim ). Sometimes the hardest part is finding, preparing, and eating enough healthy, whole foods!
