Subject: hip numbness and heart question
1. in my right hip there is a numb spot that can at times feel like it is being pinched. any clue to what it might be?

2. whenever i am inhaling/exhaling my heart beats way faster than when i am not breathing at all. this may be a common sense question but is this normal?

Are you inhaling/exhaling fast and shallow ?... that was a big part of my problem and I corrected it by obviously breathing in/out deeper and slower..... a huge difference for me.

#2 Normal. if you stop breathing long enough your HR will eventually slow to zero.
