I am looking forward to my first 100 mile month (running). I wanted to post here so I can hold myself accountable.
I just had a 88 mile August so I think I am ready to do this safely. It is Sept 1 and I am on week 7 of http://www.halhigdon.com/halfmarathon/inter.htmwhich has a target of 102miles this month.
Best of all, doing the Higdon plan, there is gonna be some great workouts included in that 100 miles. (IE. Your not gonna be doing it running from end to end in your driveway)
