Subject: Liquid FuelI've been reading a few posts about what people eat during a tri and I've seen some folks mention that one should try to take in fuel in the form of liquid. I completely understand that it is a lot easier to drink your meal while on the go rather than try to chew something and swallow. What isn't clear to me is what exactly is liquid fuel? Am I, for example, to take a power bar, liquify it in a blender and then dilute it even more in my water bottle? The way I am planning things out, I intend to fuel up only during the bike portion. Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
