Subject: What happened to Couch to Olympic Plan?In reading the Plan descriptions, it says if you are unable to complete week 1 of the Olympic balanced or sport focused plans w/o fatigue, you should step back to the Couch to Olympic plan...I can't find it... Did it get deleted??? I'll keep plugging along with the Oly Run focused plan I have now (with minor modifications), but thought I'd follow the instructions if that was possible. I'm a bit tired as it's a stretch from my current training to jump from an average of 200 minutes to around 350 that quickly. Maybe I'm just a slacker! |
