Subject: What happened to Couch to Olympic Plan?

In reading the Plan descriptions, it says if you are unable to complete week 1 of the Olympic balanced or sport focused plans w/o fatigue, you should step back to the Couch to Olympic plan...I can't find it...

Did it get deleted???

I'll keep plugging along with the Oly Run focused plan I have now (with minor modifications), but thought I'd follow the instructions if that was possible.  I'm a bit tired as it's a stretch from my current training to jump from an average of 200 minutes to around 350 that quickly. 

Maybe I'm just a slacker!

This statement is referencing my free/bronze plans.  Specifically the 'Couch to Olympic' is here:

http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=50 - it's essentially several of the free/bronze plans strung together where you may want to step back midway into a sprint program.

Though you can also check out the detailed silver plans from 'Programs' to see if there are some other options if you want workout details.

Thanks for the answer.  This is the one I was headed into:

Oly Run Focused as the Run is truly my worst event & I'd like to focus on improving my running.

It's a little heavy on the swimming volume for me as winter is coming.  I think I'll just tweak it for now.

Week 3, month 1 of http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=43 is when it gets to 350minutes per week...can you go back to week one?  If this plan is lined-up to end with a race like it may be, we can surely adjust it in the middle or the end to accommodate.
