1 Hour Trainer Ride

:30 on the treadmill again, 2 Walk/3 Run times 6!

Can't wait to try out running again!

I'll be running tonight as well.  Depending on how I feel, I might try to go a bit further...maybe 7.5 km this time.  Will definitely be doing a run/walk routine.

Nutrition has been okay - a couple of cookies, but that's not too bad.  My goal is not to have blowups, so that's been alright.

30 minutes of upper body strength, 120 crunches (4X30), squats and core.

 Also did end of week 4 pushups test (31+) and I made it - I get to start week 5 on Wednesday.
