Subject: combat conditioning
Just wondering if anyone's ever tried combat conditioning for strength. What do you think of it? Favorite exercises? Least favorites?

I find Matt Furey and his books quite good.  If you follow his plan I have no doubt you can get into good shape.  I Did his cycle from his book for a while and then I did some simple fit, Cross Fit and P90X.  I definitely change things up....LOL.
