Bicycle Jones

Crappy, crappy experience at Bicycle Jones, off Dallas Acworth Hwy. I dropped my bike off last week. Scheduled a look over/fix of my bike and a fit for today. I arrived early for the fit, but owner/fitter was no where to be seen. His wife (co owner) called at least 5 times and he finally called her back. I was within earshot and she asked him if he wanted to talk to me to tell me why he couldn't make it...and he said "no, you handle it. tell him i'm sick." His wife was was very apologetic, but what really ticked me off was

a) owner didn't call me even though I was on the schedule. He had my number, b/c he had called me yesterday. I even confirmed today's appointment with him during this call.
b) he didn't want to talk to me and made his wife handle the situation. she was very nice and super apologetic. he was a turd.

Obviously, they don't want my business, so I'll go somewhere else.
