Subject: Now my plan is just mocking me...Today, I found the following instructions in my BT IM training plan for my scheduled swim session tomorrow. Keep in mind the plan I chose was for "those just looking to get to the finish of their first full Iron-distance race because you are old and slow" or something similar.
The Plan:
For example, if the goal is 1:00 swim at IM - that would be 1:25/per 100/yd pace. So, the goal in the last 500 of this 2k set would be under 6:50 or 1:20-1:23 pace.
I guess comedy is included in the plan at no extra charge.
