Along the same lines:

The second one is interesting, in that it basically finds that lowering your cadence by 20% in the last 10 minutes before running gives a longer time before exhaustion on the run.

That's interesting, John. I had always heard that you should increase your cadence before T2 "to get legs ready for the run." This study suggests otherwise.

Yeah, that's what I always thought too. I'm going to have to spend some time at home either finding or buying the full version and seeing what it's all about.
