Subject: Treadmill Chart

I found this chart for a friend of mine who runs very well on the treadmill, but was struggling when we would run outside. Just thought this was interesting and I'd share.

Interesting.  Looks like it would be beneficial to run at at least 1% incline to even things out...

Agreed. Runner's World has suggested a 1 degree incline for as long as I remember to mimic running on an ourdoor flat surface with no wind. If I recall, 0 degrees mimics running down hill at a negative 3 degrees or something like that and is very hard on your shins. My friend's problem was that he never ran at anything other than 0 and then went to run outside and blew up immediately.

Cool chart. I just need another column called the boredom factor. The longer I am on it the boredom factor increases exponentialy.
