Subject: Essex/Windsor Group - Friday, July 3 7pm
I was wondering if anyone would like to join me in a 1hour OWS swim tonight at Cedar Beach with a 45 min bike after.  This is pending today's water quality testing.  If the beach is still not recommeded, Leamington Sherk Complex has one lane available from 7-9 pm.

I had a long ride last night, so I will skip that part, but if you are OWS at 7pm I will join you! Post the water testing results here so I know whether to show or not. If you're going to the pool though, I'll just swim here in the 'Burg.

Sorry - the beaches are worse this week.  Everything is not recommended, except sand point and hillman beach.

So, I will go into Leamington and do my pool swim.

Yup, Cedar Beach and Belle River are getting worse, with Belle River currently the worst of all beaches tested. Odd that Sandpoint has the lowest readings as it is often the worst in previous summers, which is one reason why I don't do the Windsor triathlon any longer. I'm going to be sticking to the pool as well.
