If you feel good and have recovered well from some back to back intense training, you should be good for a race 2 weeks out. If you find you need rest to come back from a tough training day, you might want to set your goals more conservitively. 2weeks is a good amount of time for sprints (unless your doing 1 every 2 weeks for several months in a row ). |
