Subject: Best mP3 situation for swimming??
So, I'm sure this subject has been covered in the past but I am unable to find a thread about it. I want to have music while I am doing these long swimming workouts. There are a bunch of different types of mP3 players and sleeves...waterproof earphones that double as earplugs...and stuff like that...and I'm wondering what is the best way to go on this?? I have an iPhone that I usually use for my music during other workouts but am open to all sorts of ideas for this problem. Please tell me about your experiences and what you think is the absolute best way to go on this.

I have the H2O Audio interval with an ipod shuffle. Works great!
Since you have an ipod you are all set with this if you go with another type you may have to convert AAC files to MP3 in order to work on other types of devices.

The swimman is on my list.  I like it because it doesn't require a case and the earphones are reported to be stable and painless.  A lot of people say it produces the best sound too.

I have been using the swimp3 and do not like it. I usually swim with earplugs which these just rest over the outside of your ear like an earmuffs. I get water in my ears and that is a problem for me. I think I will sell them and get something that has waterproof earbuds.
