Subject: bike mechanics - help me find this tool
I was at the LBS today and the mechanic was truing my wheel.  While I was watching him, I noticed that he had the spoke wrench in his right hand and he was holding the bladed spoke in place with another tool in his left hand, it looked like a black plastic disc with notches cut into it.  Does anyone know what it's called?

When you order Mavic wheels they always came with them (bladed spokes equipped ones at least).
