OK see the post above... I pasted in the URL (did not use the link command) then hit the carriage return twice and then  typed some text...

Notice the extra br on the URL and the malformed end brackets.. you have to edit the HTML to get rid of it...It is reproducible

Just an FYI...

It is adding a Character Break entry to the end.  In the html form: %3Cbr"

Shouldn't be putting %3Cbr in there, but instead <br />
