Subject: "Lost" Bronze Member Status
Hi,
I use to be "bronze" member but it looks like I lost this status. I notice that trying to import a plan today.
I don't remember when I got this membership. Has my membership expired? I did not receive any message about it...

We have no record of you having a Bronze membership. Do you recall how you paid for it?

Hello Mike!

Actually I do not have. I am not that organized... But if you also do not have any record, probably I am mistaken.

The only fact I am sure about is that when I was searching for programas last week I checked the option "current membership" and the site showed all the programs for bronze membership.

Could you double check just for sure? I will sign up for bronze anyway.

Those are our free plans, so you saw the correct plans for your current membership.

The bronze medals show up as the default in that view to indicate that they can be imported into your log with a Bronze membership.
