hey everyone im planning on doin an ultra in march. i have been running lots just to stay in shape but havent put any in my logs. where should i look at trying to find a training plan? thanks.
What distance are you looking at doing? RWorld actually has a decent 50 mile plan, I used a plan off kickrunners for a 50k last year w/ relatively no base and it was enough to get me to the finish.
I just found one that looks fairly simplistic on the Santa Clarita Runners Club site. You can input your race date and it calcs for you - relevant for a 50 mile or 50 K.
