Subject: training in Sault Ste Marie
winter has come, especially early for us way up here.  Is their anyone doing any training, specifically on their cycling in the area?

Not really in the area.....in North Bay.....but so plan on spending some time on the indoor trainer!! Plus just got a new ride so will have to get some miles on her!!!

found a great deal on a 2010 Cannondale Caad 9. Fits nice and now have to get it decked out for the season!!!
Got some big plans.....if the work schedule and training allow it all to happen!Wink
